Poor road conditions may affect the areas we can deliver to. Please provide a phone number for the person receving the flowers because we MUST call ahead to make sure someone will be home and what the condition of their driveway is. If the drive has not been plowed the reiepiant will need to meet our driver at the street to pick up the order.
Culpeper County Public School have informed us there are to be NO deliveries for Valentine's Day or any other day to any student at any school in Culpeper County. This is not our policy and if you have concerns please contact school adminstration.
During the hot summer months & cold winter months we kindly ask that you provide the recipients number because we will call to make sure someone is home to receive the flowers. We do not leave flowers outside when the weather gets over 80 degrees or below 40 degrees, during rainstorms and if it is windy. If you don't want to provide the number and we have to re-deliver the florals our policy is to reserve the right to charge an extra delivery fee.
